Elmhaus - Gasthaus mit großer Historie oberhalb von Schöningen am Waldrand. Die festliche Einweihung des „Elm-Restaurants“ auf dem Singplatz fand bereits am 15. August 1884 statt. 

Seitdem hat das Ausflugslokal in bester Lage eine durchwachsene Geschichte mit einigen Betreiberwechseln.

Aktuell wird es von der "Stiftung für bildende Kunst und Baukultur Anatol Buchholtz" (FUX) renoviert.

Elm House is a historic restaurant located above the town of Schöningen, at the edge of the forest. Its grand opening as the Elm Restaurant at Singplatz took place on 15 August 1884.

Since then, it has enjoyed a varied history, with several changes in management. It is currently undergoing renovation by the Foundation for Fine Arts and Architectural Culture Anatol Buchholtz (FUX).
