Elmhaus - Gasthaus mit großer Historie oberhalb von Schöningen am Waldrand. Die festliche Einweihung des „Elm-Restaurants“ auf dem Singplatz fand bereits am 15. August 1884 statt. 

Seitdem hat das Ausflugslokal in bester Lage eine durchwachsene Geschichte mit einigen Betreiberwechseln.

Aktuell wird es von der "Stiftung für bildende Kunst und Baukultur Anatol Buchholtz" (FUX) renoviert.

Elm House - A restaurant with a rich history located above Schöningen at the edge of the forest. The grand inauguration of the "Elm Restaurant" at Singplatz took place on August 15, 1884.

Since then, this excursion destination in a prime location has had a mixed history with several changes in management.

Currently, it is being renovated by the "Foundation for Fine Arts and Architectural Culture Anatol Buchholtz" (FUX).
