Auskünfte aus dem Gewerbezentralregister benötigen Unternehmen, die sich in Ausschreibungsverfahren um öffentliche Aufträge bewerben, recht häufig. Die Auskunft aus dem Gewerbezentralregister ist ein wichtiges Hilfsmittel, um die Zuverlässigkeit von Gewerbetreibenden einschätzen zu können. Die Kosten betragen 13,- €.

• Um einen Antrag online stellen zu können, müssen folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein: 
  Ein neuer Personalausweis oder ein elektronischer Aufenthaltstitel jeweils mit freigeschalteter Online-Ausweisfunktion.
• Ein Kartenlesegerät zum Auslesen des Ausweisdokumentes
• Eine AusweisApp ab der Version 1.13. Frühere Versionen sind leider nicht nutzbar

You can apply for certificates of good conduct for private purposes, for submission to an authority, or extended certificates of good conduct and information from the Central Business Register in person at the Citizens' Office or, since September 1, 2014, directly from the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ) via the online portal:

The certificate of good conduct shows any criminal convictions, insofar as they are required to be included in a certificate of good conduct according to the Federal Central Register. The cost for all certificates of good conduct is €13. Information on possible fee waivers can be found here:

Companies bidding for public contracts in tendering procedures frequently require information from the Central Business Register. This information is an important tool for assessing the reliability of businesses. The cost is €13.

The certificate of good conduct shows any criminal convictions, insofar as they are required to be included in a certificate of good conduct according to the Federal Central Register. To submit an application online, the following requirements must be met:

A new identity card or an electronic residence permit, each with the online identification function activated.

A card reader to read the identification document.

The AusweisApp (ID card app) version 1.13 or later. Earlier versions are unfortunately not compatible.
